The relatives and friends of Mrs Lucy Joan Low, known as Joan and family of O'Dell Street Armidale, are advised that the funeral service for her beloved husband, their father, father-in-law and grandfather, Neville Francis Low, known as Frank will be held at St Johns Anglican Church, Uralla, Monday, 21st November 2022 commencing at 2pm followed by interment at the Uralla Lawn Cemetery.
